Hace cuatro meses tome una decisión que cambio mi vida, practicándome un implante de mama, puesto que sentía incompleto mi perfil femenino. Hoy que realice ya mi intervención, puedo decir que resolví esa percepción, me siento bella más atractiva y llevo una vida de relación normal.
El grupo del staff de la Clínica Arroyo Goldstein fue muy valioso para mí por su profesionalismo, la amistad que me brindaron desde el principio y su paciencia. Lo que me hizo sentir muy confortable con esta intervención que es delicada.
Me sacaron los análisis y el riesgo quirúrgico cardiológico, mi mamografía y voila, lista para mi intervención. Me llevaron desde los olivos hasta el centro quirúrgico en Corpac- San Isidro que tiene muchos años de prestigio y sobre todo ningún fallecimiento es su larga lista de pacientes atendidos .
Las curaciones, controles los realice en el nuevo local cerca a mi casa en Carlos Izaguirre #1000 en la cuadra 10 , en los olivos, solo tuve que ir a Corpac para la intervención, ya que la Dra. Giuliana Arroyo y su staff medico te atienden muy profesionalmente desde aquí, asi que estoy feliz de poder haber realizado todos mis planes sin perder tiempo. La doctora me informo que mi recuperación iba a ser muy rápida y así fue efectivamente.
Además que ahora si salgo embarazada no tendré ningún problema en dar de lactar, gracias a que la protesis fue implantada detrás del musculo y mis glándulas mamarias se conservan casi intactas.
Por otro lado mis mamas tienen un perfil lindo y proyectado a la luna , ya que al colocar el implante hicieron un tipo de camita por debajo de la mama para que el implante no suba y más bien se vea muy natural.
La anestesia que me colocaron fue local, no estuve bajo ningún riesgo de anestesia epidural o general, lo que a mi esposo y ami nos dio mucho mas confianza . , por lo que recomiendo sus servicios a todas las mujeres que lo necesiten.
Ahora viajare a Europa mucho mas linda y confiada en mi misma.

El aumento mamario, técnicamente conocido como Mamoplastia de Aumento, es un procedimiento quirúrgico para mejorar el tamańo y figura de las mamas en la mujer. Antes de someterse a este tipo de cirugía , piense cuidadosamente en sus expectativas y discútalas con su Cirujano Plástico.

Las mejores candidatas son aquellas mujeres que buscan mejorar (más no perfeccionar) su apariencia personal.

La mamoplastia de aumento es un procedimiento relativamente seguro. Sin embargo como en cualquier tipo de intervención quirúrgica, existen riesgos. El problema más común, es la contracción de la cápsula que forma el organismo alrededor del implante como mecanismo de defensa ante la existencia de un cuerpo extrańo. Esta cápsula comienza a ejercer presión sobre el implante ocasionando que la mama adquiera una consistencia dura. Esta contractura capsular puede ser tratada de varias maneras. En ciertas ocasiones se debe remover o romper la cápsula y otras veces retirar o reemplazar el implante.

Como en toda intervención quirúrgica, el sangramiento excesivo puede causar inflamación y dolor. Si el sangramiento continúa, se deberá reintervenir a la paciente para controlar el mismo y remover la sangre acumulada.

Un pequeńo porcentaje de mujeres pueden desarrollar infección alrededor del implante. En ciertas ocasiones, el implante deberá ser removido por varios meses hasta que ceda el proceso infeccioso y posteriormente se colocará uno nuevo.

Algunas mujeres refieren aumento o disminución de la sensibilidad a nivel de los pezones. Sin embargo, estos síntomas suelen desaparecer en corto tiempo.

No existen evidencias de que los implantes mamarios afecten la fertilidad, el embarazo , el amamantar al bebé o que produzcan cáncer.

La ruptura del implante es otra de las complicaciones que se puede presentar.Si esto ocurre se producirán cambios en la forma y consistencia de la mama. Como consecuencia de esto se deberá intervenir quirúrgicamente a la paciente para retirar el implante roto y colocar uno nuevo.

Algunas mujeres han reportado síntomas similares a los de las enfermedades del sistema autoinmune como esclerodermia u otras condiciones de tipo artrítico. Estos síntomas pueden incluir dolor o inflamación a nivel de las articulaciones, fiebre, fatiga o dolor a nivel de las mamas. Los estudios realizados a nivel mundial no han demostrado una relación directa entre los implantes de silicon y la aparición de estas alteraciones del tejido conectivo.

En su consulta inicial, el cirujano evaluará su estado general y le explicará cual es la técnica quirúrgica apropiada para usted, basándose en las condiciones de sus mamas y el tono de la piel.

Discuta en forma clara todas sus expectativas con su cirujano. Sea franca con él, mencione si usted fuma, toma cualquier tipo de medicamentos, vitaminas u otras drogas. El Cirujano Plástico también deberá informarle el tipo de anestesia que se utilizará, las facilidades del lugar en donde se realizará el acto operatorio y los costos. Debido a que las compańías de seguros no consideran a la mamoplastia de aumento como un procedimiento médicamente necesario, las mismas no cubren los costos de esta intervención.

El aumento mamario es una intervención quirúrgica que se realiza en forma ambulatoria, por lo tanto, asegúrese de que alguien la acompańe ese día para llevarla a su casa después de la cirugía.

As in any surgery, it is absolutely neccesary to take a previous medical examination to detect any possible anomaly that might contraindicate the surgery. Enlarging of the breasts via implants is a thorough technique, therefore it is neccesary a correct evaluation of each particular case to accomplish the patient’s expectation. Among other factors, we analize the volume, the projection, physical constitution and skin type.
From this primary evaluation, we determine the type of implant and the volume that best fits your expectations. It is usual to advise the use of implants whose size harmonize with the natural size of the breasts and which fill them normally.

In order to choose the size of the implants in an accurate way and to establish their ideal dimensions, length, height and desired projection are measured. If you are under regular medication, we will tell you the steps you should follow.
After surgery, you will wear a compressible bandage that will be removed the day after –as well as the drains- and will be changed for a special bra that will keep the implants in the desired place to avoid as much as possible the apparition of hematomas and liquid collections. Suture stitches will be removed seven days later.
A week after surgery, we advise to have soft massages, especially lymphatic massages. The surgeon will explain to you how to make them and their intensity. You must remember that healing depends on many individual factors and on the skin type. In order to evaluate the evolution, you will have to wait several months. The surgeon will indicate the most proper cares for each case.

During the first month, it is convenient not to sleep face down and you will also have to wear non-ring bras, like sport bras. For the first two to three weeks, we advise you to sleep wearing the bra. You will feel better wearing it and the discomfort from the swelling will also reduce. After this period, regular brassiers can be worn again, even ring bras.

The aesthetic result of breast augmentation is excellent given that with previous examination it is possible to predict the volume that the breasts will have after the surgery. Once healing process and reduction of swelling are finished, the breasts will look firm and with natural consistency.
